    RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

    At Sheer Ethic, your happiness is very important to us. As such we are happy for you to return an item simply because you change your mind. We will offer an exchange or credit provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, in its original and unused condition with our original receipt. All we ask is that you pay for the postage to return the item and to send out your new choice of product. This does not apply to Sheer Ethic soaps or other cosmetics or consumables.

    For a change of mind exchange or credit please contact customer service on our contact page who will get back to you to walk you through the process.

    Damaged or Faulty Products
    If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, we will provide a replacement or a refund on return of the product. To return an item please contact customer service within 14 days of purchase on our contact page who will get back to you to walk you through the process.

    Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during busy periods such as sales and Christmas it may take a bit longer.

    Please also note that as Sheer Ethic products are handmade, no two products will be exactly the same. As such there will be slight variations between those products photographed and the ones you receive.

    Returns Process
    1. Contact us - we'll give you a returns reference number and the returns address.

    2. Send the product back to us using the consignment details we'll provide you with (ie we'll pay shipping).

    3. If it's damaged or faulty we'll send it back on us.

    4. If you've changed your mind we'll give you a credit note less the price of the shipping.
